the fine print.
savvie is financial education, not financial advice. this page exists so we're both clear on what that means.
read this before you act on anything.
everything savvie publishes (guides, templates, calculators, newsletters, social content, podcasts, courses, and conversations) is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.
none of it is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. before you make a financial decision, talk to someone who's licensed and who knows your specific situation. that's not us.
if you take any of savvie's content and use it to make a decision without consulting a licensed professional, that decision is yours — its outcomes are yours, too.
SECTION 01educational content. not financial advice.
The materials available through Savvie — including but not limited to guides, templates, calculators, newsletters, blog posts, social media content, podcasts, videos, courses, downloadable products, and any conversations or correspondence with the founder or representatives — are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.
They do not constitute, and should not be construed as, financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. The content is general in nature and is not tailored to your specific financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance.
SECTION 02no advisory or fiduciary relationship.
Use of Savvie's materials does not create a fiduciary, advisor, broker, or client relationship between you and Savvie or any of its representatives, including the founder, contributors, employees, contractors, board members, or affiliates.
Savvie is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, certified financial planner (CFP), tax professional, certified public accountant (CPA), insurance agent, or attorney. Savvie does not hold any professional licenses to provide personalized advice in any of these areas.
If you need personalized guidance, consult a licensed professional who can review your specific circumstances.
SECTION 03no recommendations or solicitations.
Any specific products, accounts, securities, ETFs, mutual funds, stocks, bonds, cryptocurrencies, platforms, brokerages, banks, insurance products, or strategies referenced in Savvie's materials are mentioned as educational examples only.
They are not recommendations or solicitations to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any investment or financial product. Mention of a product, brand, or institution does not constitute an endorsement.
Past performance of any investment, strategy, or category referenced is not indicative of future results.
SECTION 04inherent risk + no guarantees.
All financial decisions involve risk, including but not limited to the potential loss of principal. Investing, in particular, can result in the partial or total loss of the money you invest.
Savvie makes no guarantees about returns, outcomes, savings, debt reduction, financial security, retirement readiness, or any other financial result. Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances no general guide, template, or piece of content can account for.
Historical performance data, market statistics, and projections referenced in Savvie content are based on publicly available sources at the time of publication and may not reflect current conditions.
SECTION 05personal responsibility.
Before acting on any information provided by Savvie, you should consult with a licensed financial advisor, certified public accountant, attorney, or other qualified professional who can evaluate your specific financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance.
You alone are responsible for your financial decisions and the outcomes of those decisions. By using Savvie's materials, you acknowledge that any actions you take, or fail to take, based on the content are taken at your own discretion and at your own risk.
SECTION 06limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Savvie, its founder, contributors, employees, contractors, board members, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes — including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — arising from or related to the use of, or reliance on, Savvie's materials or any information they contain.
This includes, but is not limited to, losses from investment decisions, tax decisions, debt decisions, business decisions, and any other financial actions taken based on Savvie content.
SECTION 07third-party links + content.
Savvie content may reference or link to third-party websites, products, services, or content. Savvie does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the accuracy, content, or practices of any third party. Inclusion of a link does not constitute an endorsement.
Some links may be affiliate links that pay Savvie a small commission at no additional cost to you. This will be disclosed where applicable, and does not affect the educational content's substance.

- purchases of digital products are not tax-deductible.
- donations and contributions are not tax-deductible.
